This was stated by the French Foreign Minister, Jean-Noël Barrot, commenting on remarks made by the leader of La France Insoumise, who suggested that a solution to the war in Ukraine might involve territorial concessions, particularly in the Donbas, where, in his view, the local population must be consulted.
