Turin, 8 Nov. (LaPresse) – “We have repelled a huge number of attacks.” This was stated by the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Secretary, Antonio Tajani, whilst speaking to journalists at the Farnesina. “We received an attack on the very day Zelensky first arrived in Italy; as soon as the plane touched down, an attack was launched against this building,” he explained. “There are constantly attacks of various kinds, and sometimes they are very serious. We fend them off with great determination,” emphasised Tajani, who added: “We have been working intensively on the issue of cyber security since 2022, but since 1 January this year, our operational approach has been completely different and much more organised, including from a technical perspective, to fend off the attacks targeting us.”
