This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the Russian President’s spokesperson, as quoted by Interfax. Peskov explained that the military are working to coordinate the timing of the ceasefire. The Kremlin spokesperson emphasised that “this requires extremely demanding and complex preparation, involving representatives from various sectors”. The evacuation process from Oleshky, he explained, could take several days.
