This was reported by Ukrinform. “It is important that the United States and Europe take part in the negotiations,” he emphasised. “The main issues will concern navigation in the Black Sea and reducing the number of attacks on civilian targets, critical infrastructure and the like. Everyone has discussed this issue. The Russians are well aware of it and also have their own ideas on how to handle it. We are waiting,” said Budanov.
