(LaPresse) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated on Telegram that sanctions against Russia are needed “now” and “must be severe”. “This is a tool available to the United States to deprive Russia of the ability to finance the war against Ukraine on a daily basis. And, to be honest, sometimes I don’t understand why decisions cannot be taken quickly. Because in wartime, it is better to take an imperfect decision than to do nothing,” he remarked.
