(LaPresse) – The government of Tatarstan, one of the republics of the Russian Federation, has stated that 12 people have died and 39 have been injured in a drone attack launched by Kyiv against industrial and civilian targets in Nizhnekamsk. This was reported by Interfax. “According to the information currently available, 12 people have died and 39 have been injured as a result of the enemy drone attack in Nizhnekamsk. Medical assistance is being provided to all those who have sought treatment at healthcare facilities,” the government said in a statement. Additional teams of medical staff have been sent to the city from Naberezhnye Chelny and Kazan. The leader of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, has declared a period of mourning for the victims of the attack.
