(LaPresse) – From midnight on Saturday, when checks on travellers arriving from Italy came into force in Spain, until 12 noon today, the Spanish police have identified 1,033 passengers from third countries who arrived on 58 flights departing from Italy. The operation involved 109 officers. This information comes from the Spanish Ministry of the Interior. Five flights were checked at Madrid-Barajas airport, 18 at Barcelona-El Prat, five at Málaga, eight at Seville, three at Valencia, 14 at Alicante and five at Bilbao.
