Milan, 7 Aug. (LaPresse) – “Every new attack on Ukraine is yet another reason for Europe to tighten the noose around Russia. In response to the recent series of Russian air strikes, the EU has today adopted a new list of sanctions targeting five individuals involved in the Russian military-industrial complex.” This was announced in a post on social media platform X by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Kaja Kallas. “With its own army bogged down on the battlefield, Moscow is further intensifying its campaign of terror against civilians,” she added, “the EU must continue to step up the pressure on Russia until Moscow brings the war to an end.”
