The head of the Balakliya Military Administration, Vitalii Karabanov, reported this, according to Ukrainska Pravda. According to Karabanov, the first enemy strike hit a private residential building, killing a woman. Rescue workers are removing the rubble at the site of the fire. The second enemy strike hit near another private home. This attack killed two more people: a man and a woman.
