This was announced by the spokesperson for the Iranian judiciary, Asghar Jahangir, during a press conference, as reported by IRNA. Jahangir stated that Tehran would pursue “the crimes of the aggressor enemy at both the legal and international levels”, whilst also announcing a claim for compensation for war damages. “Any aggression against any part of the country is an aggression against the whole of Iran,” the spokesperson declared, emphasising that the defence of national unity is one of the “red lines” of the Iranian judiciary.
