Turin, 17 July (LaPresse) – The death toll from the devastating earthquakes that struck the country on 24 June has risen to 4,930, whilst the number of injured remains at 16,740. This was announced on social media by the President of the Venezuelan National Assembly, Jorge Rodríguez, who added that the figures for people rescued and families assisted also remain unchanged, at 6,462 and 128,324 respectively.
