Milan, 23 May (LaPresse) – The Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, stated during a meeting in Tehran with the Chief of the Pakistani Army, Asim Munir, that if the United States were to ‘recklessly resume the war’, the consequences would be ‘more devastating and bitter’. This was reported by Iranian state television. Ghalibaf added that the Islamic Republic would not compromise on what he described as Iran’s rights.
