Rome, 13 May (LaPresse) – ‘Europe will be hardest hit by the crisis in the Strait of Hormuz,’ said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in an interview with RT India, reported by Tass. “Europe will probably be hardest hit by the crisis in the Strait of Hormuz. Not to mention the fact that the ban on buying Russian gas and oil means switching to American LNG, which is vastly more expensive. Therefore, the budgets of European countries will be burdened by this on top of the hundreds of billions of euros that Europe is investing in Ukraine to ensure that the European aggression against our country continues,” argued the head of Russian diplomacy.
