Frankfurt (Germany), 5 May (LaPresse) – The court in Ashkelon has extended the detention of two activists from the Global Sumud Flotilla bound for Gaza by six days: Brazilian national Tiago Avila and Saif Abu-Kashek, a Palestinian resident in Spain, who were detained and questioned in Israel. This was reported by Ynet. The two were captured off the coast of Crete, arrested and taken to Israel.
