Iran, IDF chief: ‘The axis of terror is beginning to crumble’

Milan, 31 March (LaPresse) – The Chief of Staff of the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF), Lieutenant General Eyal Zamir, stated that “the Iranian regime’s axis of terror is beginning to collapse and we will continue to strike until we have achieved our objectives”, according to a statement from the army regarding his meeting earlier this week with the head of US Central Command, Admiral Brad Cooper. This was reported by The Times of Israel. During their meeting, Zamir and Cooper ‘discussed the importance of cooperation between the two armies in the operation against the Iranian regime and coordinated the next steps’, the IDF added, ‘through synchronised and coordinated action, we are striking the Iranian terrorist regime together, strategically isolating it and weakening it more than ever’.
