Spain: Valencia Court decides not to investigate Mazón over handling of Storm Dana

Madrid (Spain), 16 March (LaPresse) – The High Court of Justice of the Valencian Community has decided not to investigate the former governor of the Valencian region, Carlos Mazón, regarding his conduct during the storm on 29 October 2024, as it found no “solid and objective basis” to suggest that the facts described in the report submitted by the investigating judge in Catarroja, who is handling the case, “constitute a criminal offence”. The Court itself announced this in a statement.
