Milan, 3 February (LaPresse) – French President Emmanuel Macron said that the resumption of dialogue with Russian President Vladimir Putin is ‘in preparation’, but added that Moscow is not showing a ‘real willingness’ to negotiate peace in Ukraine. When asked about this during a visit to Haute-Saône, the French president replied: ‘It is in preparation and therefore discussions are underway at a technical level.’ ‘It is important that Europeans, in fact, re-establish their channels of discussion,’ he added. This was reported by the broadcaster Bfmtv.
