Milan, 30 Dec. (LaPresse) – The Channel Tunnel has been partially reopened, but Eurostar is still advising passengers to postpone their journeys due to “severe delays and possible last-minute cancellations”. The LeShuttle service, which transports road vehicles on trains across the Channel, has been restored ‘very gradually’ and is operating in both directions on a single track with ‘significant delays,’ Eurotunnel says. ‘The overhead power supply issue remains, and we strongly advise all our passengers to postpone their journey to a different date,’ Eurostar writes on its website.
