Rome, 16 December (LaPresse) – The United States Army announced that Joint Task Force Southern Spear conducted an attack in international waters against three vessels believed to be involved in drug trafficking in the eastern Pacific Ocean. In the attack, according to a post published on X by US Southern Command, ‘eight narco-terrorists were killed, three on the first ship, two on the second and three on the third.’ The attack was conducted ‘under the direction of Secretary Pete Hegseth’ and, according to the post, ‘intelligence confirmed that the vessels were transiting known drug trafficking routes in the eastern Pacific and were involved in drug trafficking activities.’
