Rome, 4 November (LaPresse) – The Kiev armed forces are reported to have used drones to strike two oil facilities belonging to the Lukoil and Sibur companies in Kstovo in the Russian region of Nizhny Novgorod. This was reported by Ukrainska Pravda, citing the Astra Telegram channel, which showed videos of the fires that broke out. The two facilities are located a short distance from each other. The Lukoil refinery in Nizhny Novgorod, it is explained, is important for supplying the Moscow region, which accounts for about 30% of the country’s petrol consumption.
