Kyiv, Oct. 14 (LaPresse) – This morning, Russian military forces attacked four vehicles belonging to a UN humanitarian mission in the Bilozerka community, Kherson region, using drones and artillery. This was reported on Telegram by Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, according to Ukrinform.
“Russia has once again shown its true, disgusting face by attacking a humanitarian mission in the Kherson region. This morning, in the Bilozerka community, the invaders deliberately targeted UN OCHA (Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs) trucks with drones and artillery. Four white vehicles with markings: these were not military equipment, but trucks delivering aid to civilians,” said Prokudin.
According to reports, one truck was burned and another severely damaged. Two vehicles managed to escape the attack.
“It is a miracle that no one was injured,” he added. “Today, the so-called ‘second largest army in the world’ managed to neutralize several tons of humanitarian aid. This is an act of terrorism, nothing more to add,” Prokudin stressed.
