Milan, 14 October (LaPresse) – ‘Decline is not certain, nor is progress.’ This was stated by French Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu in his general policy speech. The Prime Minister added: “I want to complete my mission under certain conditions. I propose to move forward.‘ This was reported by French broadcaster Bfmtv. ’You will vote, you will decide, and then there will be another break,” he added, reiterating that he does not want to resort to Article 49.3 for the approval of the budget, which allows a bill to be adopted without a vote by MPs.
