Manchester, one of the victims killed by police in synagogue attack

Manchester (United Kingdom), 3 October (LaPresse/AP) – One of the two victims of yesterday’s attack on the Manchester synagogue may have been killed by police. This is according to a report provided by Manchester Police Chief Stephen Watson. He explained that a coroner ‘has provisionally determined that one of the deceased victims appears to have sustained a wound consistent with a gunshot wound’ and added that the attacker did not have a gun and the only shots fired were by the police. ‘Sadly, this injury may have been caused as a tragic and unforeseen consequence of the urgent action taken by my officers to end this vicious attack,’ Watson said.
