Prince Philip was transferred to undergo testing and observation for a pre-existing heart condition

Thirteen days after he was first hospitalized, Prince Philip was transferred to a second London hospital, increasing concerns over the health of the 99-year-old husband of Queen Elizabeth. He was hospitalized at Edward VII’s Hospital, he was moved to St Bartholomew’s Hospital yesterday to undergo testing and observation for a pre-existing heart condition as he continues treatment for an unspecified infection. Buckingham Palace confirms in a statement that doctors would continue to treat the Duke of Edinburgh for his ongoing infection.
