The situation in Guerguarat "is no way disturbed" said Moroccan authorities

The situation in Guerguarat is calm and normal, Moroccan sources said Sunday morning, adding that road traffic between Morocco and Mauritania, and beyond sub-Saharan Africa, “is in no way disturbed”, despite the constant provocations without incidents by the militias of the Polisario. It is recalled that the passage of Guergarat was secured by the Moroccan Armed Forces on November 13, and since that date, Moroccan sources say, the Polisario militias have been perpetuating harassment in a desperate reaction to the safety of the crossing. According to the same Moroccan sources, these are propaganda manoeuvres by Algeria and the Polisario through fake news, “war reports”, dispatches and daily reports on “imaginary clashes” in a vain attempt to paint a “war zone”.
