Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin in Kiev.
Zelensky thanked Helsinki for military and humanitarian aid and for joining in the sanctions against Russia.
“All the leaders who come to Ukraine send a strong signal and an important and direct message,” said Zelenskyy. Marin also visited the town of Bucha, the scene of a massacre of civilians by Russian soldiers.
