Rome, 11 Sept. (LaPresse) – Marc Marquez was the fastest rider in the first free practice session of the San Marino GP. The Spanish Ducati rider, with a time of 1’31‘468, finished 60 thousandths ahead of Marco Bezzecchi’s Aprilia and that of his compatriot Raúl Fernández’s Trackhouse team (+0’133). Championship leader Jorge Martín (Aprilia) set the eighth-fastest time, 0″267 behind, whilst Pecco Bagnaia was eighteenth on the other factory Ducati.
