Milan, 9 Sept. (LaPresse) – The Next Gen ATP Finals are returning to Italy. From 9 to 13 December, the tournament featuring the world’s top Under-20 tennis talents will be held on the indoor carpet courts of the PalaCalafiore in Reggio Calabria, just a few days after the ATP Finals in Turin and the Davis Cup Final 8 in Bologna. The event returns to Italy following five editions held in Milan between 2017 and 2022, with the sole exception of 2020 due to the pandemic. Following the move to Jeddah, the return to Italy represents, for FITP President Angelo Binaghi, “a sign of confidence in the South” and an opportunity to make tennis “a driving force for development across the whole country”.
