Volleyball, Women’s European Championship: Italy reach final, Poland lose in four sets

Istanbul, Sept. 5 (LaPresse) – Italy beat Poland 3-1 to qualify for the final of the Women’s European Volleyball Championship. The set scores were: 19-25, 19-25, 25-21, 16-25. Tomorrow, the Azzurre coached by Julio Velasco will face hosts Turkey, coached by Daniele Santarelli, in the final in Istanbul.
