Milan, Aug. 15 (LaPresse) – Two more medals for Italy at the European Athletics Championships currently underway in Birmingham. Italian athlete Andy Diaz won gold in the triple jump with an exceptional mark of 18.15, the fourth-best mark of all time. Portugal’s Pichardo finished second with 17.76, while the bronze went to another Italian, Andrea Dallavalle, with 17.37.
