European Athletics Championships: Tamberi, Sioli, Stronati and Filocchi through to the high jump final

Rome, 11 Aug. (LaPresse) – At the European Athletics Championships, four Italian athletes have qualified for the high jump final, with all four progressing to the final: defending champion Gianmarco Tamberi cleared 2.23 on his second attempt, the same height cleared by European U23 gold medallist Matteo Sioli, whilst Edoardo Stronati and Christian Falocchi needed just 2.19 to go through.
