Rome, 2 Aug. (LaPresse) – FIFA President Gianni Infantino was set to receive a salary of over €30 million, plus bonuses, thanks to his FIFA Forward Enterprise plan. This has been revealed by the British newspaper *The Times*. Infantino had conceived the idea of selling 20 per cent of the World Cup rights through his subsidiary, FIFA Forward Enterprise. This would have brought the organisation around €3.65 billion. However, the plan, which drew heavy criticism, was ultimately abandoned.
