Milan, 27 July (LaPresse) – Following a settlement agreement reached by the parties (pursuant to Article 126 of the CGS), Maurizio Sarri, who was manager of S.S. Lazio at the time of the events, has been fined 2,000 euros. This was announced by the FIGC. Proceedings had been brought against Sarri “for having, on several occasions, used disrespectful language, that is to say, language lacking due respect towards the Serie A Football League, or rather towards all its individual members, who, within the federal system, are responsible for drawing up, managing, organising and officially confirming the Serie A Championship fixture list”.
