Milan, 6 June (LaPresse) – In a statement on its website, Juventus announced that it “has been informed that the investigating judge at the Court of Rome has ordered the case to be dismissed, following investigations into the financial statements as at 30 June 2022. These proceedings, which were disclosed in the press release of 6 December 2023 and subsequently in periodic financial reports, concerned company executives and not the Company, which was not under investigation”.
