Kawhi Leonard, with 28 points, made his mark in the Los Angeles Clippers’ 119–108 victory over the Chicago Bulls. Jalen Duren’s 30 points secured victory for the Detroit Pistons against the Memphis Grizzlies (126–110), whilst Jalen Brunson’s 29 points saw the New York Knicks come out on top (101–92) against the Indiana Pacers. The Cleveland Cavaliers thrashed the Dallas Mavericks 138–105, whilst the New Orleans Pelicans narrowly lost (107–105) to the Houston Rockets despite Dejounte Murray’s 35 points. Finally, for the Utah Jazz, Brice Sensabaugh’s 31 points were not enough to get the better of the Portland Trail Blazers, who won 124–114.
