Milan, Feb. 22 (LaPresse) – “Summer Olympics bid? It must be built step by step, agreed upon and shared with the government and city institutions, with the Olympic Committee. We need a united team to carry the project forward. It is an important journey that also involves organizing world championships and European championships, which give greater credibility to those who want to apply. We cannot afford to just dream. It is a path that makes us proud, and I will try to set up this work if there is consensus.” This was stated by CONI president Luciano Buonfiglio during the press conference at Casa Italia in Triennale, Milan.
