Milan, 30 Jan. (LaPresse) – Eight NBA games were played last night. Simone Fontecchio’s Miami Heat (zero points in 18 minutes) beat the Chicago Bulls 113-116 on the road thanks to Bam Adebayo’s double-double of 20 points and 12 rebounds. The Minnesota Timberwolves, led by Anthony Edwards’ 26 points, beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 123-111 (30 points from Shai Gilgeous-Alexander). The Phoenix Suns then won 114-96 against the Detroit Pistons thanks to Dillon Brooks’ 40 points. The Denver Nuggets narrowly defeated the Brooklyn Nets 107-103, with 27 points from Jamal Murray, while Michael Porter shone for the Nets with 38 points. Tyrese Maxey, who scored 40 points, gave the Philadelphia 76ers wings, as they defeated the Sacramento Kings 113-111. In other games, the Washington Wizards beat the Milwaukee Bucks 109-99, the Atlanta Hawks lost to the Houston Rockets 86-104 and the Dallas Mavericks lost to the Charlotte Hornets 121-123.
