Turin, 30 January (LaPresse) – For the first time in his career, Carlos Alcaraz reaches the Australian Open final, beating Sascha Zverev in an epic semi-final lasting 5 hours and 26 minutes, which ended 6-4, 7-6, 6-7, 6-7, 7-5. It is the third longest match in the history of the tournament, also marked by Alcaraz’s cramps in the third set. This is the Murcian’s eighth Slam final, his first at Melbourne Park.
