Rome, Dec. 6 (LaPresse) – Mercedes driver George Russell set the fastest time in the final free practice session in Abu Dhabi. The Briton finished ahead of World Championship leader Lando Norris (McLaren) and Max Verstappen’s Red Bull. Oscar Piastri was fifth in the other McLaren, with Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc eighth. Free practice 3 ended early due to an accident involving Lewis Hamilton, who crashed into the wall 30 minutes before the end.
