Football: theft at Inter Milan player Bastoni’s villa, two Rolex watches also stolen

Rome, 7 November (LaPresse) – Thieves struck on Wednesday evening at the villa of Inter and Italy defender Alessandro Bastoni in Castelli Calepio, in the province of Bergamo. The robbery took place at around 6 p.m., while the footballer was busy at San Siro in the Champions League match against Kazakhstan’s Kairat. The house was empty at the time of the theft. According to initial reports, at least four people broke into the house and managed to steal valuable bags and watches, including two Rolexes, in a matter of minutes before fleeing before the security guards and police arrived. The Bergamo police are investigating the incident. Bastoni, originally from Cremasco, lives in the Bergamo area, where he is also married.
