Rome, 7 Nov. (LaPresse) – “We are facing a hybrid war, which is why I have asked the G7 summit taking place in Paris on Monday to place this issue at the centre of our discussions.” So said Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Secretary Antonio Tajani in a video, in which he recounts the events surrounding the cyber-attack he suffered. “A group of pro-Russian hackers,” he explains, “has decided to put a bounty on my head and that of my family. In short, they are willing to pay for information about my private life and my political activities. It is obvious that the aim is to intimidate me. I will not be intimidated by anyone; I will continue to defend Ukraine’s cause and to work for peace.”
