Rome, 28 Oct. (LaPresse) – “I’ll put it in no uncertain terms: I consider the decision by the Milan investigating judge not to confirm the arrest of Youssef Siher – accused of being the administrator of the Telegram page ‘Movimento 17 ottobre’, the very page that incited the organisation of those demonstrations which we then saw lead to the devastation of several businesses in Milan – to be shameful.” So said Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni in a video posted on social media. “I believe that the decision by the Milan investigating magistrate not to confirm the arrest of Youssef Siher is an unbearable affront to the work of the police, the investigators, the Ministry of the Interior and, in general, all those who strive to protect law-abiding citizens from the risk of seeing their cities and businesses destroyed,” added the Prime Minister.
