Delmastro case: No to new investigation from the council: it goes to court

(LaPresse) – The Chamber’s Authorization Committee voted by a majority against the preliminary investigation into the Delmastro case, and the Chamber will cast its final vote on the Committee’s report denying the Prosecutor’s Office authorization to use the former Undersecretary of Justice’s chats. According to parliamentary sources, it is likely that the vote in the Montecitorio Chamber will be brought forward to tomorrow.
