Rome, 14 July (LaPresse) – The Chamber of Deputies has rejected, by a single vote, the amendment tabled by Fratelli d’Italia, Noi Moderati and the UDC to the electoral law (Bill No. 1.1077), which, alongside the ‘fixed-head’ list system, provided for the option to mark up to three preferences on the same list. The amendment was rejected in a secret ballot, with 188 votes against and 187 in favour.
