EU, Vannacci: ‘We must start believing in national sovereignty again’

Rome, 2 April (LaPresse) – “We Europeans must return to being sovereign states. We have been receiving signals from the United States indicating a shift away from protecting European airspace since the Obama era; their priority is the Indo-Pacific. We Europeans have turned a deaf ear, thinking that these reports were untrue or merely ploys. It is time for all European nations to start believing in national sovereignty again. If we do not do so today, I believe we will not have much time to do so in the future. If we are forced to deploy the army on our streets for internal security, then that means we have already been invaded.” So said Roberto Vannacci, MEP and leader of Futuro Nazionale, speaking on Radio Cusano.
