Ukraine: Calenda, plan sells Kiev and EU, Meloni should not become pro-Putin

We have not seen it alongside the willing. It is keeping a low profile because populists have one characteristic: they have no values. And just as Meloni was pro-Putin five years ago, she can become so again in a very short time,‘ he added. ’So she must choose whether to side with Trump, Putin, Orban and everything that comes with them, namely the right wing that wants to destroy Europe and thus enslave Italy, or remember that she is the prime minister of a founding member of Europe and push Europe to do the work that needs to be done. We need weapons; the Ukrainians have never asked us to fight this war for them. We need financial support. We need a counter-narrative against influences, because Putin also has influence in the Italian press and politics. We need to tell the story that Putin has lost a million men, between dead and wounded, to lose 1% of his territory. Putin’s economy is in a terrible state. If we give up today, we and our children will pay the consequences because Putin will know that we are in awe of a bully who thinks he can trample on Europeans.
