Bombardieri: ‘We need a crime of murder at work’

Milan, 4 November (LaPresse) – ‘We continue to maintain that the crime of workplace homicide is necessary. Not for the sake of revenge, but because the families of workers who lose their lives often do not receive justice in court.’ This was stated to LaPresse by Pierpaolo Bombardieri, secretary general of the UIL trade union, regarding the collapse of the Torre dei Conti in Rome, in which worker Octay Stroici lost his life.
