Pavia, 16 Oct. (LaPresse) – There are five key points raised in the expert reports submitted today by Andrea Sempio’s defence team in response to the latest reports from the public prosecutors regarding the Garlasco murder. These were listed by lawyer Angela Taccia, who is defending the 38-year-old alongside her colleague Liborio Cataliotti, as she left the Pavia courthouse. The first concerns the shoe print, based on a report by a footwear expert. There is also an expert report on the X-rays and a forensic medical report. Another report concerns trace 33 and whether or not it contains blood. A genetic supplement has been added to the submission. “It is not DNA but a haplotype,” Taccia clarified. Rounding off the picture is a pro veritate opinion, also focusing on Sempio’s foot.
