I have complete confidence in the judiciary and for this reason I have already instructed my lawyer” Fabio Lattanzi “to file a complaint for defamation”. Mauro Masi, president of Banca Del Fucino, told LaPresse, after being investigated for alleged market manipulation involving Lazio company shares. This morning, Masi was served with a home search warrant carried out by Carabinieri officers from the Investigative Unit on Via In Selci, on behalf of the Anti-Mafia District Directorate of the Rome Public Prosecutor’s Office.
