Milan, June 10 (LaPresse) – Isaias Gonzalo Linares Melendez, the 20-year-old Argentine arrested yesterday evening in Bardonecchia, in the Turin area, for the murder of Gianluca Ibarra Silvera, the 22-year-old killed at Milan’s Certosa station on the evening of May 26, exercised his right to remain silent. The young man, the second recipient of the pre-trial detention order issued on Monday by investigating judge Sara Cipolla at the request of prosecutor Elio Ramondini and deputy prosecutor Bruna Albertini, was stopped while returning to Italy after fleeing abroad in the days following the crime and was subjected to a border check on a bus. The 20-year-old is accused of being part of the group that attacked Ibarra Silvera and must answer for voluntary homicide aggravated by premeditation.
